These terms govern use of the Governance Row website and platform. They are website terms of use, not a negotiated master services agreement; commercial terms are set in your customer contract.
The service
Governance Row provides software for inventorying, assessing, controlling, and evidencing a firm's use of AI, mapped to MAS supervisory expectations.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully, to keep your access credentials secure, and not to attempt to access another firm's data or disrupt the service.
Intellectual property
Governance Row and its content, software, and control mappings remain the property of Governance Row. Your firm retains ownership of the data you put into the platform.
Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided on an as-is basis. Control mappings are a working draft and are not legal advice; the proposed MAS Guidelines on AI Risk Management (AIRG), consultation paper P017-2025, are still under consultation, and the MindForge Operationalisation Handbook (January 2026, released March 2026) is published guidance.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Governance Row is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
Term and termination
These terms apply while you use the service. Either party may terminate access in line with the customer contract; on termination, data portability is handled per the Privacy page.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
